Can I make a payment over the phone?
Yes, payments over the phone are currently at no charge to our borrowers. Our toll free number is (800)-672-9470
How do I know what address my payments go to?
You can find our payment mailing address by looking at the bottom page of your mortgage statement, in the Payment Coupon section.
Can I find my loan number on my payment invoice?
Yes, you can find your Loan Number at the top of your mortgage statement, under the Account Information section.
Can I set up automatic payments?
Yes, you can set up Automatic Draft Payments by registering in our Borrower Portal at Servicing.LHFS.com.
How do I update my payment information?
You can update your payment information in our Borrower Portal by visiting Servicing.LHFS.com or by completing a new ACH form, also available for download in our Borrower Portal and emailing it back at LH.Docs@LHFS.com.
